Experts in insomnia therapy
Welcome to Washington Better Sleep. Here, we believe that treating insomnia requires more than just a degree—it requires true empathy. While our clinic is staffed by highly experienced clinicians specializing in insomnia sleep disorders, we know that clinical expertise is only half the equation.
We differentiate our practice by pairing the latest evidence-based therapies with a deep respect for the personal toll insomnia takes on your life. When you work with us, you are gaining a partner who is as invested in your overall well-being and quality of life as they are in your sleep metrics.

Kate Williams brings a warm and attentive approach to her work with clients, grounded in honesty and a genuine focus on each person's best interest. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a specialized, evidence-based approach to addressing sleep difficulties. Kate works at each client's own pace, offering structure while gently encouraging growth beyond one's comfort zone, always delivering honest feedback with compassion and without judgment. She understands that clients don't need to arrive with a clear sense of their goals, and she helps them identify what has been helpful so far and what they'd like to change.
